Leadership Consultancy

A leadership consultancy will range from 6-12 months and includes but is not limited to the following:

• An onsite face-to-face 3-day initial visit to your school(s)

• A focus on 1 or 2 goals that will be examined and improved upon

• an audit of your data that will inform the actions that we take

• An action plan with measurable action steps

• Weekly video conference sessions with the school leader to monitor progress

• Data collection protocols to verify and inform impact of the action plan

• End of Session face-to-face visitation that will include a presentation on accomplishments and continued areas of improvement

• On-Call support 24/7
